Safe products for the well-being of consumers

The concept of sustainability at MAFIN also finds a fundamental line of development in the practices associated with food safety, which are aimed at preventing and reducing food safety risks throughout the supply chain in order to ensure products that are safe for consumers and do not harm ecosystems.

During the year, 4500 internal tests and more than 760 external tests are carried out at accredited laboratories.
The types of tests performed include key food safety parameters such as the presence of physical, chemical and microbiological contaminants.
During the same period, 45000 pellet samples were examined by our
in-house laboratory.

Thanks to the numerous tests carried out, MAFIN can well be defined as a sentinel of the supply chain.
